Adem\u00e1s, en un esfuerzo por mejorar el bienestar econ\u00f3mico de sus empleados, Goldin otorgar\u00e1 un bono de 15.000 pesos por cada hijo en edad escolar de cada trabajador.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este bono forma parte de la suma prometida por la provincia, la cual deb\u00eda ser de 25.000 pesos seg\u00fan lo anunciado por el Gobernador Rogelio Frigerio. Sin embargo, dicho bono provincial nunca fue entregado, dejando a los trabajadores en una situaci\u00f3n de incertidumbre. Ante esta falta de cumplimiento por parte del gobierno provincial, el Intendente Goldin decidi\u00f3 intervenir directamente para suplir el d\u00e9ficit y apoyar a los empleados municipales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCumplir con nuestras promesas y velar por el bienestar de nuestros trabajadores es una prioridad para esta gesti\u00f3n\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Goldin. \u00abSabemos que la inflaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 afectando a todos, y no podemos quedarnos de brazos cruzados mientras nuestros empleados sufren las consecuencias.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de Goldin ha sido recibida con gran satisfacci\u00f3n por parte de los empleados de planta permanente, quienes agradecen el esfuerzo del Intendente por mejorar sus condiciones laborales en un contexto econ\u00f3mico dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p>Este aumento salarial y el bono adicional se cobra a partir de este viernes 31 de mayo, como todos los meses, el municipio abona sus haberes el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil de cada mes. Esto no solo representa un alivio econ\u00f3mico, sino tambi\u00e9n un reconocimiento al trabajo y la dedicaci\u00f3n de los empleados municipales.
